Handcrafted Luxury

Framework Plus is a timber frame pavilion company that specializes in custom, handcrafted outdoor structures. Utilizing select heavy timbers of the Pacific Northwest's highest quality, Framework Plus is a clear leader in pavilion craftsmanship.

The challenge we tackled with Framework Plus was showcasing its products and services in a way that would emphasize the craftsmanship of the structures and convey a high-end message to the customer. Framework Plus’s new website presents its offerings in a fluid and user-friendly way. We began by breaking products out into categories that varied by style. This helped customers to understand what kind of possibilities they could imagine for their own outdoor spaces.

The website’s services page was an essential aspect of communicating to potential customers the variety of services Framework Plus offers, as well as the craftsmanship and detail that goes into each pavilion. The messaging paired with the exceptional photography services we provided gave this site what it needed to convey the right information to the right customers. When working with construction industry clients, nothing communicates value more than superior photography.

Custom Built Value

Website Optimization
& Design

In our digital world we must adjust and optimize our efforts to fit the behaviors of our customers. With mobile usage now surpassing desktop, it is imperative that all our sites are optimized for mobile use. Framework Plus’s cohesive website layout is just as seamless on mobile as it is on desktop.

Business Cards

Your business card is how someone will remember you. Eris designed Framework Plus business cards and print collateral that matched the fluidity and branding of their new site. Matching the colors and accents from the website onto the business cards creates constancy throughout the branded collateral.

Flyer Design

When you are selling a high-end product, sales may naturally have a longer lead time. For this reason, we felt it was important for Framework Plus staff to leave a lasting impression on the people they meet. Business cards and flyers with standout photography are a great way to catch a potential customer’s attention and to make your products memorable. The flyers are able to be repurposed for trade shows and events that Framework Plus attends.

Project Photography

For a company that values craftsmanship and quality of their products, it is important to be able to show potential clients what that customized product can look like. The photos are the main focal point of all Framework Plus marketing efforts. Its website and social media channels are flooded with photos of its customized pavilions and timber frame accents. People love to see examples of what the products could look like in their home and nothing conveys that better than professional photos.
